Manjit Rajain, Executive Chairman
Major Manjit Rajain the Executive Chairman of Tenon Group of Companies, started the Corporation with Peregrine Guarding in 1995.
Over the last 20 years his refined leadership, business insight and operational expertise have strengthened the growth trajectory of the group and expanded the company into new markets, and extended its service portfolio and global reach. Furthering his vision of integrated and comprehensive service provider, in 2009 Major Rajain acquired Roto Power, a leading electrical & mechanical service provider hence expanding Tenon’s ability to optimize value by offering complete range of services. From 2007 to 2014 his entrepreneurial vision saw the continuous and planned growth of the company in terms of business, market and portfolio through acquisition and new business ventures.
At the helm of the Group having 4 distinct yet integrated verticals – Tenon Facility Management, Peregrine Guarding, Roto Power & Soteria, he now provides corporate guidance and best business practices to his highly evolved and professional team.
Major Manjit Rajain clearly drew upon his experience in the Indian Army and the Police Force to define the blueprint of the organization in terms of expertise, discipline and deliverance. In the Indian Army he was commissioned in the 11th Armoured Regiment in 1984 and during the 7 years of service he was actively engaged in operations in Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir. Subsequent to his service in the Army, he joined the Police force and rose to the level of Assistant Commissioner of Police, stationed in Jammu & Kashmir.
He is a member of various Industry Forums such as FICCI, CII, ASIS, CAPSI and is a frequent guest speaker at these forums. He is also been recognized and felicitated for his thought leadership and prolific contribution to the security industry.
He has received CAPSI Security Entrepreneur Award in 2008 and Security Leadership Award in 2012
Dr. Keith Hellawell QPM, Non-Executive Director
Dr. Keith Hellawell QPM, is a highly renowned expert in the fields of security and facilities management and brings significant professional experience and academic credentials with him.
Mr. Hellawell since his association with Mortice Limited has served as an entrepreneurial mentor providing inspirational leadership and experienced voice for corporate governance. With his enviable breadth of skills and experience he has brought along a transformative impact in structuring the organization through ethical standards of governance.
As a highly decorated police officer, Dr. Hellawell has served as Chief Constable for the West Yorkshire Police and Cleveland Police; and has advised senior government bodies and officials, including the Home Secretary and Prime Minister of the UK, the European Union, former Soviet Bloc countries, Los Angeles Police Department, Government of Cyprus and the FBI on diverse issues relating to combating crime. In his professional capacity, Dr. Hellawell has served as a Director of Homework, a UK-based corporation involved in manufacturing and installing security alarms. He has, and continues, to lend his professional advice to several leading corporations as a Non-Executive Director – significantly, in the context of Mortice plc, to Dalkia plc, a leading Facilities Management services provider. Dr. Hellawell holds an LLB. from London University and gained his MSc. From Cranfield University. He has also been awarded Honorary Doctorates from the Leeds/Bradford and Huddersfield Universities. He has won several professional awards including “Communicator of the Year” (voted by PR industry), Top 50 most powerful men in Britain in a national newspaper survey and “Businessman of the Year” for the Yorkshire and Humber Region.
Rakesh Aggarwal, Non-Executive Director
Mr. Rakesh Kumar Aggarwal serves as the Chairman and Managing Director at a2z Powercom, a subsidiary of A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Aggarwal has been involved in promoting and managing new private enterprises in Singapore, India, USA and Australia during the past 10 years principally in media technology and building materials industries. He served as President of Power Division at ACB (India) Ltd. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director at Mortice Limited since September 20, 2012.

Mr. Aggarwal holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the India Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
He holds Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India. Mr. Aggarwal received Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in 1975 and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad in 1987.
Ms. Shawn Runacres, Entrepreneur/ Business Advisor
Ms. Shawn Runacres an experienced entrepreneur and business advisor will be particularly focused on advising the young and dynamic team at Soteria. She is certain that Soteria’s unique state of the art Control and Command Centre combined with advanced intelligent software and IBM’s IOC platform will guarantee Soteria’s place as the market leader.
Shawn, a native of California and a US Berkley Graduate has an experience of working across three continents, both as an independent business creator/ advisor and a corporate executive. Her background is in marketing and brand management and she has spent most of her professional life working with multi-cultural teams. Shawn spent many years with the Walt Disney Company starting with them in Paris as part of the team which launched Disneyland Paris. After 4 years in Paris, she moved to London and established the Walt Disney Special Events Office (WDSEG) covering events across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Shawn currently works with several MNC’s advising them on strategy & business development, the creation of systems and process and producing their corporate events and is also on the advisory board of several private and public organizations.
Mr. Keiji Nakajima, Chairman & Managing Director Of Misaki Plastic Technology
Mr. Keiji Nakajima is the Chairman & Managing Director of Misaki Plastic Technology Pvt. Ltd and Founding Partner of Nakajima Consultancy Services L.L.P.
Mr. Nakajima has over 44 years of combined business experience in the private as well public sector.
He is a special advisor to various companies including Minda Industries Group, Jay Bharat Maruti Group, Phi advisories Pvt. Ltd (Chennai), Bharat Seat Limited and Machino Polymers Ltd. Mr. Keiji Nakajima is also an Honorary Advisor to Haryana State Government and a chief representative of Osaka Business Promotion Desk (Osaka Prefecture) and advisor to 26 other Japanese companies.
He has been an advisor to the Indian Government for DMIC Project and was President of Japan Chamber of Commerce & Industry in India in 2000. Keiji started his career with Sumitomo Corporation in 1968 and was Chairman and Managing Director of Sumitomo Corporation from 1998 to 2001.
He has also been actively affiliated with the academic sector and has served as an Advisor to Japanese Embassy School and served as a lecturer at Rikyo University in Japan.

Brig. Rajan Oberoi, PPMG, VSM – Group CEO – Tenon Group of Companies
Brig. Rajan Oberoi is an accomplished security professional with over 34 years of experience in the security related domain.
Prior to joining Peregrine Guarding, he has had an erstwhile career in the Indian Army. During his tenure with the Army, Brig. Oberoi was tasked with the responsibility to raise the first combat elements of the National Security Guards – The “Black Cats”, and subsequently went on to head this elite counter terrorist outfit as their “Force Commander”.
Brig. Oberoi’s distinguished services in diverse fields, including counter-terrorism, has earned him accolades while in service, including the prestigious President’s Police Medal for Gallantry(PPMG) and a Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM).
Previously as the Managing Director of Peregrine Guarding, he was responsible for leading business operations and ensuring that the company continually enhances its competitive advantage through the quality of its services, caliber of manpower, training and standardization, and customer service enhancement initiatives.
He is a member of many national business forums such as FICCI, CAPSI and ASIS. His interface with these industry forums have been on an active level and is often invited by them to speak on issues related to the security industry in terms of insights, trends and sector outlook.
He is actively engaged in the Security Sector Skills Development Council that works towards developing a framework for upgrading skills of the Security Guards to international standards.
He has been responsible for formulating a structured program for training and employment opportunities in the field of physical security for the youth of North East in association with the political leadership of Meghalaya.
Currently at the helm of Tenon Group of Companies as the Group CEO, Brigadier Oberoi is responsible for all aspects of the various business verticals along with Tenon Group’s long range development plans. He also oversees various methods of leveraging new technologies to enhance the deliverables of security solutions.
Under his able leadership the Tenon Group recently launched their new business venture – Soteria. This world class remote surveillance command center will produce an enhanced suite of services, processes, systems and technological capabilities to deliver the best customer proposition for security from every possible angle.
Vishnu Sultania, Group CFO Of Tenon Group Of Comapnies
Vishnu Sultania is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary having more than 20 years of experience working with sizeable global companies both in India and Overseas.
He has been associated with Venture Impex of UK, Telstra of Australia, Verint of USA, Srei Group of India and most recently he was the Director Finance – South Asia for OCS Group of UK.
He has been instrumental in acquiring companies, raising funds and providing strategic supports in organization building as well as providing leadership.
As a Group CFO he drives the aggressive growth plan of the Group and provides strategic direction to business through his pervasive knowledge of the financial markets and data driven decision making. Through his expertise in enabling the Group to develop processes, policies and intelligence along with skills in operations and financial management, he leads critical fund raising and international initiatives.
Peregrine Guarding completed 20 years on the 13th of March 2015. It’s a momentous journey for an organization that started modestly in 1995. This remarkable journey from inception to market leader position was possible because of more than 1800 satisfied clients and 40,000 + thriving work force.
