Manjit Rajain - Chairman

The Chairman of Tenon is Manjit Rajain, an entrepreneur who has established several highly successful services businesses in Facility Management, security, fleet management and hospitality.

Since 1995, Manjit has lead the rise of the Peregrine Group of Companies and, subsequently, Tenon Property Services, to India's leading services corporations. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Manjit was an officer with the Indian Army, followed by a stint in the Indian Police Services, during which he has had tremendous exposure to diverse mission-critical security operations.


Vaibhav Dayal - Group CEO

As Group CEO of Tenon, Vaibhav Dayal leads all businesses of Tenon group including Tenon’s FM business. Mr. Dayal is an accomplished business manager with breadth of experience in diverse service sectors including Facilities Management, IT / BPO and Engineering. Immediately prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Dayal was the Chief Executive Officer of Rotopower Projects, a leading Indian facilities services corporation acquired by Tenon in June 2009. Mr. Dayal has over 18 years of experience across the globe in strategic planning, business development, service delivery management and customer relationship management. He was instrumental in previous assignments in implementing and managing large services focused projects; including service delivery of more than 50 customer processes from India for a customer base spread across Europe and USA. Mr. Dayal has also worked for WNS, a leading Indian BPO as Vice President of their Europe sales operations; for one of India’s premier business houses as the head of the strategy practice for their engineering, procurement and construction business; and as Senior Vice President of Kale Consultants, a leading IT solutions provider for the travel & transportation industry. Mr. Dayal also co-founded Cognosys Software, a successful VC backed IT solutions company which was subsequently acquired by a leading Indian IT corporation. Mr. Dayal is an Electrical Engineer from IT-BHU by training who is also an alumnus (PGPX) of IIM (Ahmedabad), a prestigious business school.


S Venkataraman – Vice President (National Operations)

S Venkataraman heads operations at Tenon with the responsibility for service delivery across the Tenon portfolio. Venkat has over 16 years of experience in FM, administration and hospitality for diverse sectors across various countries. Immediately prior to joining Tenon, Venkat was the head of the Strategic Business practice for an emerging FM services corporation. Venkat has worked as the Business Unit Head for the Retail and Mall sector FM practice for an Indian FM services corporation, where he was responsible for establishing the strategic direction for the practice and for successfully managing FM services across 6 million square feet in over 30 cities. Venkat has also worked as the Business Leader for the Andhra Pradesh region for a facilities and food services corporation with overall branch management and client service delivery responsibilities. A graduate in Hotel Management, Venkat has worked in senior and middle management positions for various hospitality chains with exposure to operations in India, Bahrain, Singapore and Malaysia.


Sangram Dhar – Operations Director (Rotopower)

Sangram Dhar heads the national operations of Rotopower, a company acquired in 2009 by Tenon Property Services and currently operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tenon. With over 14 years of experience in diverse aspects of facilities management, Sangram has been the driving force behind the establishment of Rotopower’s FM business and for its growth into a corporation focused on customer satisfaction, service delivery excellence and pan-India service delivery capability. With a masters degree in engineering from NSI Kanpur and a degree in electrical engineering from The Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, Sangram brings excellent technical insights and business skills to the management of Rotopower’s operations. Amongst Sangram’s key strengths are project planning & management, procurement and vendor development, recruitment and people management; and quality control, by virtue of being Rotopower’s representative for ISO 9001:2000 certification for over 5 years. Prior to joining Rotopower in 1995, Sangram held a key position with a manufacturing corporation where he was responsible for the maintenance operations of captive power generation, transmission & distribution for a mixed use industrial development spread over 20 acres.


M. Narayana Swamy - Associate Vice President, Technical Services

Narayana Swamy is an expert in the field of Facility Management in general and engineering services in particular, with over 27 years of experience in operations & maintenance, project development and commissioning. He is a keen planner and strategist with demonstrated abilities in managing engineering services for manufacturing, commercial and hotel establishments. His expertise also extends across developing and improving processes to stabilise products as per process parameters.

In his immediate past assignment, Narayana Swamy was Chief Engineer at one of the most prestigious clients – a corporation in the BPO space – of an International Property Consultant.

He has previously worked in a leading hotel chain and with a British engineering services corporation. Narayana Swamy is a qualified Electronics & Communications Engineer from Bangalore University and holds several specialist diplomas in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Safety and Energy Management.
