Manjit Rajain – Chairman
The Chairman of Tenon is Manjit Rajain, an entrepreneur who has established several highly successful services businesses in FM, security, fleet management and hospitality. Over the last 13 years, Manjit has lead the rise of the Peregrine Group of Companies to one of the leading services corporations in India. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Manjit was an officer with the Indian Army and, subsequently, the Indian Police Services.
Sangram Dhar – Chief Operating Officer
Sangram Dhar heads the Operations of Tenon and Rotopower for Facility Management business. He has been the driving force for the initiation of FM business in Roto Power Projects Pvt. Limited and has scaled the business over last 13 years of his stay in Roto Power Projects Pvt. Limited. He has led aggressive creation of inroads in the marketplace by expanding the company’s services, market share and presence in the country. Over these years, Sangram made several valuable customer acquisitions across the country and has been the key motivator for the operations team across RPPL.
Sangram is the MR for ISO 9001:2008 for the last 5 years for Roto Power Projects Pvt. Limited. Sangram has a Masters in Engineering from NSI, Kanpur and graduated in Electrical Engineering from The Institution of Engineers, Calcutta.
Govind Ram Sharma – Vice President (Operations)
Govind Sharma Manage FM Operation of RPPL including Client Relationship & Business Development in the field of Operation & Maintenance of Electro-Mechanical infrastructure/ Facilities Management He has held account management, operations delivery and regional transitions positions for PAN India services. He has also worked for Indian Navy in the field of Management & Administration, Planning & Project Management for 20 long Years. Govind holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering & Diploma in Personnel Management.
