Our client spread consists of various sectors from IT/ITES, Telecom, to manufacturing industry. We are growing fast and have maintained 63% CAGR for the last two financial years. Based on the rapid expansion in our client portfolio, we forecast to be 3000 strong team by the end of this financial year. To cater to this explosive growth we have started FMSG Tech, an educational institute that would prepare Housekeeping & Technical Professionals for supporting our client base. We have had more than 100 students passed out of our training institute in last one year and absorbed at our sites. In addition, we conduct periodic refresher courses for our existing staff and depending on the course content such refreshers are conducted in the class room as well as at sites (whenever it is difficult for our staff to leave the site and attend the class).
