The Company has established well-coordinated Central Support, Regional & City Level Support and Local Branch Office Support to Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Peregrine’s Central Support, located at our corporate Head Office in Gurgaon, includes leading experts in integrated security services. The team supports our Regional and Local Branch Offices to meet our client’s sector-specific needs.
In major locations, we have deployed mobile patrol vans to provide superior response to meet any contingent requirements.

Siddharth Dahiya – Executive Director
Mr. Siddharth Dahiya has been associated with Peregrine Guarding since 1999. He comes with a commendable experience of more than 21 years, predominantly in the security industry.
He joined Peregrine as an Assistant Manager when the employment strength was 200, now he holds the position of Executive Director.. He is the Business Head for 20 states which is approximately 55 % of the total revenue with the client base of approximately 1200 clients and has contributed in taking Peregrine among the top 5 and the fastest growing security company of the country.
His perspective understanding of the security industry along with his innovative style of delivery has made him a personality to reckon. His interest and personality as a seller with a skilled operational nuance has made him the finest employee in the organization today.
As a leader he is managing and operating the largest region of Peregrine, North and East. Grown with the company, and contributed in expanding the outreach of the organization in all the sectors starting from IT/ ITES , Manufacturing , Pharma , Education , Infra and Telecom. He has extended the business domain to new, unexplored and remote territories of the Country starting from Jammu &Kashmir, Central India , Gujarat , Rajasthan ,Himachal , Uttarakhand , UP, West Bengal , naxal belts of Orissa and Chhattisghar with the help of strong operations and marketing team. He is also credited with building up a robust and dedicated team which is the strongest asset of Peregrine today.
Rakesh Tripathie – Executive Director
Rakesh Tripathie, an avid marketer with more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing has been associated with Peregrine Guarding for more than 8 years. He joined Peregrine, in 2006.
A thorough professional, who believes in developing the customer relationship in a structured manner and operates with a focus on customer solutions through a defined management information system. A leader with complete focus on numbers and client management, he has consistently contributed to the growth of the organization, both in terms of business as well market share. Through his strategic planning he has been able to generate business from some of the most vital key accounts and multinationals like Nokia, Standard Chartered, Cognizant, Tata AIG, Tata Communications, General Motors, Flextronics, Quintiles, Fidelity, to name a few. He has been responsible for a focused and planned growth road map for Peregrine through his systematic deliverance and methodical productiveness. Taking a charge to head the operations for South and West of India, which has got maximum multinationals and the Influx of IT/ITES segment, he has made a dent in the competitor’s portfolio by generating business and getting most of the IT and automobile companies.
Kartar Singh – Finance Head
Kartar has been with Peregrine since 1996 and is one of the pillars of success. He has risen from the ranks and is today Head Of Finance and Accounts for Peregrine. He has done his Masters in Commerce and also IFRS Certified for international accounting. He specializes in financial accounting and book keeping.
