With rich experience in high security environments including counter-insurgency and VIP protection in his service stint with the Indian Army and Police, Manjit utilized his in-depth understanding of security to start Peregrine as an entrepreneurial venture in 1995.Having built Peregrine into one of India’s foremost professional security services companies, Manjit, today, is focused on creating a highly differentiated facilities services business through Tenon Property Services and Mortice Ltd., its parent company.

Mr. Vishnu Sultania – Group CFO
Vishnu is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with 19 years post qualification experience having worked with various multinational companies including Telstra Corporation Limited, Verint Systems Inc., BCL Secure Premises Pvt. Ltd. Most recently, Vishnu was Director of Finance-South Asia for OCS Group, operating out of Gurgaon.
Vishnu is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with 19 years post qualification experience having worked with various multinational companies including Telstra Corporation Limited, Verint Systems Inc., BCL Secure Premises Pvt. Brig. Rajan Oberoi – PPMG & VSM - Group CEO – Tenon Group of Companies
As Managing Director of Peregrine Guarding, Brig. Oberoi is responsible for leading business operations and ensuring that the company continually enhances its competitive advantage through the quality of its services, caliber of manpower, training and standardization, and customer service enhancement initiatives. Brig. Oberoi is an accomplished security professional with over 34 years of experience in security related functions. While with the Indian Army, Brig. Oberoi was tasked with the responsibility to raise the first combat elements of the National Security Guards – The “Black Cats”, and subsequently went on to head this elite counter terrorist outfit as their “Force Commander”. He has also commanded an Infantry Brigade. Brig. Oberoi’s distinguished services in diverse fields, including counter-terrorism, has earned him accolades while in service, including the prestigious President’s Police Medal for Gallantry(PPMG) and a Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM). Post his stint with the Indian Army, Brig. Oberoi has worked for an Indian manufacturing and export firm as the Senior Vice President of their Corporate Affairs department.

Mr. Siddharth S. Dahiya – Director
A Post Graduate in commerce and MBA in HRM, having a rich experience of 19 years of administration and security management. He is with Peregrine from Last 14 years. He was declared as the best NCC Cadet – Haryana. A person with a positive attitude and always eager to learn and grow as an individual.

Mr. Rakesh Tripathie – Director
An avid marketer with 20 years of corporate experience in the field of Media, Electronics and IT industry. He has been the turnaround man for organizations like Aptech, EFY, Sukam and CSDMS, initiating and executing business growth faster than the market growth. He has done his graduation in Psychology and post-graduation in Management, specializing in marketing. Rakesh has achieved remarkable success in creating brands & organizing the industries which were predominantly unorganized in nature. He has taken up the challenge of joining the security industry in 2006. On a lighter side, he is passionate about food, swimming, playing squash and is a family man with his wife Negar,son Ayman and Aahaan.

Mr.Kartar Singh – Finance Head
Kartar has been with Peregrine since 1996 and is one of the pillars of success. He has risen from the ranks and is today Head Of Finance and Accounts for Peregrine. He has done his Masters in Commerce and also IFRS Certified for international accounting. He specializes in financial accounting and book keeping.
