Brigadier Rajan Oberoi – Group CEO of Tenon Group of Companies
Brig. Rajan Oberoi is an accomplished security professional with over 34 years of experience in the security related domain.
Prior to joining Peregrine Guarding, he has had an erstwhile career in the Indian Army. During his tenure with the Army, Brig. Oberoi was tasked with the responsibility to raise the first combat elements of the National Security Guards – The “Black Cats”, and subsequently went on to head this elite counter terrorist outfit as their “Force Commander”.
Brig. Oberoi’s distinguished services in diverse fields, including counter-terrorism, has earned him accolades while in service, including the prestigious President’s Police Medal for Gallantry(PPMG) and a Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM).
Previously as the Managing Director of Peregrine Guarding, he was responsible for leading business operations and ensuring that the company continually enhances its competitive advantage through the quality of its services, caliber of manpower, training and standardization, and customer service enhancement initiatives.
He is a member of many national business forums such as FICCI, CAPSI and ASIS. His interface with these industry forums have been on an active level and is often invited by them to speak on issues related to the security industry in terms of insights, trends and sector outlook.
He is actively engaged in the Security Sector Skills Development Council that works towards developing a framework for upgrading skills of the Security Guards to international standards.
He has been responsible for formulating a structured program for training and employment opportunities in the field of physical security for the youth of North East in association with the political leadership of Meghalaya.
Currently at the helm of Tenon Group of Companies as the Group CEO, Brigadier Oberoi is responsible for all aspects of the various business verticals along with Tenon Group’s long range development plans. He also oversees various methods of leveraging new technologies to enhance the deliverables of security solutions.
Under his able leadership the Tenon Group recently launched their new business venture – Soteria. This world class remote surveillance command center will produce an enhanced suite of services, processes, systems and technological capabilities to deliver the best customer proposition for security from every possible angle.
Vishnu Sultania – Group CFO of Tenon Group of Companies
Vishnu Sultania is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary having more than 20 years of experience working with sizeable global companies both in India and Overseas.
He has been associated with Venture Impex of UK, Telstra of Australia, Verint of USA, Srei Group of India and most recently he was the Director Finance – South Asia for OCS Group of UK.
He has been instrumental in acquiring companies, raising funds and providing strategic supports in organization building as well as providing leadership.
As a Group CFO he drives the aggressive growth plan of the Group and provides strategic direction to business through his pervasive knowledge of the financial markets and data driven decision making. Through his expertise in enabling the Group to develop processes, policies and intelligence along with skills in operations and financial management, he leads critical fund raising and international initiatives.
Sangram Dhar – Chief Operating Officer
Sangram Dhar heads the national operations of Tenon and Rotopower, a company acquired in 2009 by Tenon Property Services and currently operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tenon. With over 14 years of experience in diverse aspects of facilities management, Sangram has been the driving force behind the establishment of Rotopower’s FM business and for its growth into a corporation focused on customer satisfaction, service delivery excellence and pan-India service delivery capability. With a masters degree in engineering from NSI Kanpur and a degree in electrical engineering from The Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, Sangram brings excellent technical insights and business skills to the management of Rotopower’s operations. Amongst Sangram’s key strengths are project planning & management, procurement and vendor development, recruitment and people management; and quality control, by virtue of being Rotopower’s representative for ISO 9001:2000 certification for over 5 years. Prior to joining Rotopower in 1995, Sangram held a key position with a manufacturing corporation where he was responsible for the maintenance operations of captive power generation, transmission & distribution for a mixed use industrial development spread over 20 acres.
Brig J S Khera – Executive Director
He is an alumnus of Indian Military Academy and was commissioned into the Cavalry Regiment in 1984, and has served the nation with distinction for over 30 years,
He has tenanted important command and staff appointments all over India including command of an armored regiment in J&K, an Infantry brigade in the plains, which was earmarked and deployed in the Naxalite infected area in Chhattisgarh and was also on staff tenures in the trouble torn Kashmir valley and the north east. He was the General Staff Officer, controlling counter insurgent operations in the state of J&K. The Officer was also the Asst Secretary of the unified command, which was chaired by the Chief Minister of J&K. The officer has also worked with United Nations in Congo, Uganda and South Africa. He was responsible for establishing the Largest UN base in Congo.
Presently Brig JS Khera is heading Tenon and Rotopower Companies as Executive Director. He is also heading Tenon operations in Srilanka and has the mandate of looking at business opportunities in South East Asia. He has skills in Conceptualizing and leading initiatives, which increase operational and Cost efficiency. He has demonstrated success in extending global presence through M€A activities, planning and executing complex projects, he is compelling communicator and negotiations capable of strengthening professional networks on a worldwide scale, resolving conflicts and facilitating consensus in official as well as informal environments. Expertise in Coordinating with key stakeholders establishing and managing strategic alliances, building, leading and mentoring culturally diverse, cross-functional teams.
He is member of the Core decision-making team. He has several exposures of Administration, Logistic management, business development, project management, personal assessment and audit
Mr. Sonal Tiwari – Executive Director
Mr. Tiwari heads the finance and accounting department at Tenon Group with responsibility for all financial aspects of operations. Mr. Tiwari has over 14 years of experience in diverse areas of finance. A qualified chartered accountant, Mr. Tiwari has held managerial positions in finance and accounting with leading Indian corporations, notably Jai Drinks, one of PepsiCo’s largest franchisees in India; and a subsidiary of Indian Express, a leading Indian business house. Mr. Tiwari has experience across the spectrum of finance and accounting disciplines, including budgeting, financial analysis, balance sheet finalizations, taxation related issues, accounting practice, funding and audits, amongst others.
Harish Kumar – Director Operations
Harish is a diversified professional with over 14 years in FM & Real Estate Industry. Harish specializes in Campus /SEZ/Industry FM Management. He is an ISO 14001 certified auditor and has had stints with an IT major/HOV services.
