“Corporate Social Responsibility is the continuing commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of the local community and society at large”- Lord Holme and Richard Watts

We at Tenon believe in giving back to the community where we live and work. Our Corporate Social Responsibility focuses on issues that complement our business model and competencies and systematically apply our distinctive strengths to maximize social and environmental value in the areas of Employability, Education, Healthcare, Inclusion and Environment.

We enable employability amongst the less privileged by imparting specific skills training in the areas of Security and Facility Management. The structured training program facilitates their absorption in the employment market and ensures a sustainable means of income.

One of the most significant indicators of social progress is education, which also plays a decisive role for a society to achieve self‐sustainable and equal development. We support the underserved communities where Tenon has presence. Our initiative in education includes building, maintaining and supporting school infrastructure.

Healthcare initiative of Tenon includes providing state of the art life support ambulance and quality curative and preventive healthcare facilities to the underserved communities where we based.

Inclusion & Skill Development

We have started the journey to employ the underprivileged youth who are most eager to learn and earn. An MOU was recently signed with the Government of Meghalaya State in North Eastern India for the training of candidates into the security and guarding industry. Our process of inclusion starts with providing the youth with training which is in accordance with the guidelines of the Private Security Agency Regulatory Act (2005). Successful candidates will receive a Certificate of Competence from Peregrine and then assisted in securing employment across all states of India.

We have decreased our carbon footprint, improved our power efficiency, reduced waste and continue our journey in this direction. We engage in sustained and structured tree plantation activity to maintain the green cover of the earth.
